Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or unusable, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number plus clear photos or video showing the product issue, packaging, and shipping label.
We want your order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Because products are fulfilled through supplier partners, refunds and replacements are reviewed case by case when the supplier or fulfillment process is at fault.

If you receive the wrong product, wrong variant, or a missing item, contact us with photos of what arrived, the original packaging, and the shipping label. Verified issues may qualify for a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first. A non-delivery certification from the carrier may be required before a replacement or refund can be reviewed.
Orders can usually be canceled only before processing or shipping begins. Some print-on-demand, preorder, or supplier-reserved items may not be cancelable after payment is submitted.
We cannot guarantee returns for buyer preference reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, wrong address entered, packaging damage only, or no longer wanting the item. If you have a concern, contact us and we will review the order.
When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Refund requests may be limited to orders paid within the last 90 days, and banks or payment providers commonly take 5-10 business days to post approved credits.
