Track Your Order
Use the Shopify order status link from your confirmation email first. After a supplier ships the item, tracking is added to the Shopify order and sent to the checkout email.

Open your Shopify order status page
After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation email. Open that email and tap the order status or tracking button. That page is the most accurate place to see fulfillment and tracking updates.

Track with the carrier
When the supplier provides a tracking number, Shopify sends it by email. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

How Petcous tracking works
- Order placed: Shopify confirms your order by email after checkout.
- Supplier processing: Products may be processed by supplier partners before shipment.
- Tracking added: After shipment, the tracking number is added to your Shopify order.
- Email update: Shopify sends tracking details to the email used at checkout.
