SHIPPING POLICY

Petcous works with fulfillment partners to prepare and ship pet accessories after an order is placed. Delivery time depends on product availability, warehouse location, carrier service, destination, customs when applicable, and seasonal order volume.

Order processing
Most orders begin processing within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, holidays, supplier restocks, or carrier disruptions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery
Products that ship from U.S. fulfillment locations usually arrive within 3-5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Products fulfilled by international partners commonly take about 10-15 days after processing, depending on route, customs, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking
When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Multiple items
If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately because they can come from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned by the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction.

Delayed packages
If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us with your order number. U.S. orders delayed beyond 45 days after shipment and global orders delayed beyond 60 days may qualify for review.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates, taxes, duties, and discounts are calculated at checkout when applicable.
